Dealing with Infidelity
Infidelity is unfaithfulness in a marriage or committed relationship. The commitment can be of many forms, from vows or agreements between a couple. Any breach in this promise is infidelity. Although our society looks at infidelity as unthinkable, it has been fairly common.
When infidelity is discovered, it raises painful questions, weakening the bonds between the lovers or a married couple. The biggest question often move around weather to move out of a relationship or strengthen trust and work on the relationship. There is no single answer to this as each individual or couple is unique and they take their own path.
An affair can leave one of the partners feeling alone, cheated, jealous, and even devastated at times. Some couple decide to part ways and some decide to work on the relationship and see if they can mend the bond with the help of a therapist or a life coach. This path often can lead to making relationship stronger and also works on factors that led to infidelity.
One of the often cited reason of infidelity is dissatisfaction is relationship. This dissatisfaction could be emotional, physical, or may have other reasons of incompatibility between partners.

During your initial meeting with Ashish Sehgal, you will be helped and guided to define your own goals and outcomes. Based on those defined outcomes, we shall suggest a plan / set of sessions.
Most sessions usually last between 45 to 90 minutes. Longer sessions may sometimes be required as per the therapy provided. For each set of sessions, you will see positive changes within yourself, moving towards your goal.
