Usually, this system starts with our ‘Getting to know each other session‘ which is for 30 to 45 minutes. Then, based on your personal outcomes defined by you, a plan is suggested. The initial plan is often our ‘Six Week Inner Fitness Coaching Program‘.
Six Week Inner Fitness Coaching Program
This programme involves four aspects
- Individual NLP coaching sessions with you Ashish Sehgal
- Each session may last between 60 to 90 minutes
- Each session, progressively, would help you explore the patterns that may be blocking your fitness and health.
- Identification of Self-Limiting & Harmful Pattern towards a healthy life
- Therapies & Coaching for Removal of such patterns
- Flexibility Programming for Mind with new patterns.
